This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright. I (Nilotpal42 (talk)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• it is a portion of the still of a film;
• the image was taken by a DVD screen capturer which means this not the original portrait;
• it allows for identification of a character;
• it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the film in any way;
• The suggestion that it is in violation of copyright is ludicrous, ridiculous, preposterous, outrageous.

This image is a screenshot of a copyrighted television program. As such, the copyright for it is most likely owned by the company or corporation that produced it.
