Wife took this shot on MY camera, at MY request, of us together in Texas, ca- 1990. I own the copyright. She does not contest this. Someone is really splitting hairs to even discuss who owns the copyright of a photo taken this way. In NJ, what husband and wife do together, they own together. If we divorce, THEN we can discuss who gets the copyright, and maybe delete this if I lose my rights. I can't believe someone actually questioned this. I can happily produce the original photo, if someone wants to see my face with Dr. Jims.^Д-р_{СДжП,ДС} 04:49, 3 January 2010 (UTC)
