English: Bishop Juan de las Cabezas Altamirano (1565-1615). Portrait with the following legend: "The illustrious and most reverend Mr. Don Br. Juan Cabezas Altamirano, native of Zamora, of the Order of Saint Dominic, Bishop of the Holy Church of Cuba, promoted to this one of Guatemala on March 2, 1610. The year of 1612 arrived. He ruled until December 1615, when was elected Bishop of Arequipa. He is buried in this Holy Church, and Don Pedro Valencia, chancellor of Lima, was appointed in his place, and before he was promoted he was promoted to the Bishop of La Paz, for which it was elected Mr. Pedro Vega Sarmiento, dean of Mexico. He did not accept and it was elected the illustrious bishop of Ni ..., Don Pedro Villa Real, who was already ... "

Retrato con la siguiente leyenda: "El ilustrísimo y reverendísimo señor Don Fray Juan Cabezas Altamirano, natural de Zamora, del Orden de Santo Domingo, obispo de la Santa Iglesia de Cuba, promovido a esta de Guatemala en 2 de marzo de 1610. Llegó el año de 1612. Gobernó hasta diciembre de 1615 que falleció electo obispo de Arequipa. Está sepultado en esta Santa Iglesia. Se nombró en su lugar al señor doctor Don Pedro Valencia, canciller de Lima, y antes de venir fue promovido al obispo de la Paz, por cuya causa fue electo el señor Don Pedro Vega Sarmiento, dean de México. No aceptó y se eligió al ilustre obispo de Ni..., Don Pedro Villa Real, que ya era ..."
