Description
English: THE PRINCIPAL FEATURE OF THIS NATIONAL HISTORIC SITE IS THE SPIRAL TUNNELS WHICH CARRY THE RAILROAD THROUGH THE PASS. THIS SITE IS LISTED ON THE CANADIAN REGISTRY OF HISTORIC PLACES IN THE COLUMBIA0SHUSWEAP DISTRICT. IT HAS THE ACCESSION NUMBER 10063. THE TUNNELS ARE EXCEEDINGLY DIFFICULT TO PHOTOGRAPH BECAUSE THEY ARE MOSTLY INSIDE THE CATHEDRAL CRAGS.. THIS PICTURE SHOWS ONE OF THE TUNNEL ENTRANCES
