Description
English: Navarre Beach, Escambia County, Fla., August 31, 2005 -- Homeowners Terry and Wayne Norrad try and pump flood waters out from beneath their home. Many homes are roads are flooded or damaged and residents are displaced. MARVIN NAUMAN/FEMA photo.
