The columns are extensively decorated with etchings of faces, phrases, logos, and symbols associated with South Central Los Angeles, along with Egyptian hieroglyphs. The top of each column features a sculpted face of a member of Halsey's family or community. Three white benches decorated with a geometric motif are visible to the right of the columns.
