Description
Deutsch: Karikatur „Der Stänker“ aus dem Kladderadatsch.
English: Caricature "The Troublemaker" from the Kladderadatsch.
This is a hand-optimized SVG conversion of a public-domain scanned image already on Wikimedia Commons (see "other versions"). I'm uploading a version with the original German captions, as well as a version with translated English captions. If you wish to improve the translation while matching the font, you can use "Wallau Deutsch Bold" in 3.25mm or 6.5mm height, which is available under the 1001Fonts Free For Commercial Use License (FFC). (I chose a blackletter font with character shapes compatible with modern English.)

Two translation improvements needed: 1. The first panel should say: The neighbors (every 5 minutes): "That really can't go on anymore!", 2. The 4th panel should say (The Russian suddenly turns the lights out)
