Deutsch: Polyarteriitis nodosa: Mikroskopische Befunde mit knotig verdicktem und verästeltem Arterienzweig aus Dünndarmsubmukosa in natürlicher Größe (Fig. 1). Arterienstämmchen aus dem M. flexor digitorum sublimis mit beginnender diffuser Kernwucherung (x155; Fig. 2). Knotig verdicktes und aneurysmatisch erweitertes Arterienstämmchen: (a) Tunica intima, (b) Tunica media, (c) Tunica adventitia, (d) neugebildetes Binde- und Fettgewebe (Fig. 3; x155)
