Summary

Description
English: LÉ 'Eithne', Tall Ships Belfast 2009 LÉ 'Eithne' was one of two naval vessels taking part of the 'Parade of Sail' to mark the end of the Tall Ships event in Belfast. After moving out from Belfast Lough the ship anchored just off Grey Point and waited for the parade to pass. LÉ 'Eithne' is an Eithne class ship in the Irish Naval Service. The only ship in the Irish Naval Service fleet to have a flight deck, Eithne was also the last ship to have been built in the Republic of Ireland, constructed at Verholme Dockyard at Rushbrook, Cork and completed in 1984.
