Description
Français : L'Oxus, des Messageries Maritimes, quittant Marseille pour l'Orient. Carte postale déposée à la poste française de Port Saïd en 1911, l'année où Henry de Monfreid quittait la France pour la Corne de l'Afrique sur ce même navire.
Je revois encore la silhouette de l'Oxus, un des anciens paquebots des Messageries Maritimes, les plus rapides de leur époque, taillés en croiseur, à l'étrave effilée.
