English: ANDERSON BUILT THIS MODERNIST HOME IN 1953 ON GRASSY HILL ROAD. HERE HE WROTE MANY OF HIS COMPOSITIONS INCLUDING HIS MOST WELL KNOWN WORK, “BLUE TANGO” THE HOUSE IS NOW A NATIONAL HISTORIC LANDMARK. ANDERSON DIED IN 1975 OF LUNG CANCER. HIS GRAND PIANO STILL SITS IN THE LIVING ROOM AND THE HOUSE IS OCCASIONALLY OPENED FOR TOURS
