English: Built in 1926, this Mediterranean Revival-style building features a buff brick exterior, green tile awnings on the parapets with bracketed eaves, gabled parapets, one-over-one and three-over-one double-hung windows, terra cotta trim and sills, black marble cladding at the base of the building, terra cotta pilasters and trim at the first floor retail shopfronts, a landscaped side garden courtyard with decorative door surrounds, an entrance to upstairs apartments on the Lincoln Avenue facade, and Chicago common brick on the sides and rear of the building. |
