[edit]Although this image is freely-licensed (Creative Commons), this can only be used under the fair-use provisions on Wikipedia, because it is a photograph of a copyrighted artistic work (a public sculpture) situated in a jurisdiction (the Philippines) that does not recognise freedom of panorama for free uses (including commercial uses) of images of copyrighted public artworks.
This work shall remain copyrighted until 2031, 50+1 years after the death of the sculptor Anselmo Dayag (d. 1980), consistent with Philippines' 50 years p.m.a. (posthumous copyright term). Copyright is held by his heirs or estate.
