English: Mostly round shape, a special mixture of spices and gram flour is enclosed in wheat dough, cooked over charcoal for unique texture and taste. Usually consumed with Chokha, a mashed mixture of brinjal, potato, chillies and coriander leaves with some spices, and ghee. A mouth watery dish, quite fulfilling in winters, although, it can be eaten any day of the year.
