Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	It will only be added to the Longview Race Riot article, for it is only needed there. I will remove it if anybody else posts it to another article.

Other information	I have "cleaned up" the map a little bit to make it more presentable, but the information is still the same. (Please delete the other one I just uploaded, I accidentally uploaded the wrong one.)
