This image of the title page of Luftwissen is being linked to the article about the magazine (Die Luftwacht). Although the picture is probably still subject to copyright, it is covered by the US and British fair use laws as:

1. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights (if any remain) to sell the book in any way;
2. copies could not be used to make illegal copies;
3. the image on the cover is significant to the article because as it illustrates the points made.
4. the image source marked by a stamp on the page adds to the article

Similar higher resolution images of the cover are published on internet auctions but not with the same provenance and often with the swastika symbol obliterated
