English: Hydraulic power station at the junction of Catherine Street (left) and Machell Street (right), Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, England, seen from the southwest. This is the earliest municipal hydraulic power station, designed by Henry Robinson and built for the Hull Hydraulic Power Company in 1875. A single-storey red brick building with arched openings with a water tank on the roof.
