El acto se realizó este mediodía en el despacho presidencial, donde también asistió la canciller Susana Malcorra.
Presentaron sus cartas Carmen Liliana Podgorean (Rumania); Jostein Leiro (Reino de Noruega); Jadranka Šturm Kocjan (Eslovenia); Marek Pernal (Polonia); Jela Bacovic (Serbia); Raylene Liufalani (Nueva Zelanda) y José Ignacio Salafranca (Delegación de la Unión Europea).
