Deutsch: Blick von der Buchberg-Warte über den Bergrücken Richtung Nordnordost. Links im Hintergrund der Ort Aspernhofen und davor Grabensee, ein Ortsteil der niederösterreichischen Marktgemeinde Aspernhofen.
Teilweise steht das Areal unter Denkmalschutz, weil Funde von Keramikscheiben auf eine Besiedlung des Hochplateaus von der ausgehenden Jungsteinzeit bis zur keltischen Periode hinweisen. Nach Ausgrabungen vermutet man, dass sich hier die größte urzeitliche Wallanlage des Wienerwaldes mit rund 350 bis 400 Meter Länge und etwa 150 Meter Breite befand. |
