English:  : DAKAR, Senegal (April 28, 2011) - A Senegalese navy sailor keeps watch as his crew-members search a Senegalese navy ship during a visit, board, search and seizure exercise as part of Saharan Express. Saharan Express is designed to promote the interoperability and proficiency of the West African nations in concert with U.S. and European partners to counter illegal activities and enhance safety in the Territorial Waters and Economical Exclusion Zones of West Africa.
