Français : En 2001, les deux communes de Marsens et Vuippens fusionnent, dont les armoiries correspondent à celles d'aujourd'hui à l'exception du trèfle à tige verte de Marsens, aujourd'hui supprimé.
Deutsch: Im Jahr 2001 fusionierten die beiden Gemeinden Marsens und Vuippens, deren Wappen dem heutigen bis auf das grüne gestielte Kleeblatt von Marsens entsprach, das nun weggefallen ist.
