Deutsch: Beim Smartphone-Videodreh einer Gruppe von Löwen in dem Naturschutzgebiet Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenia, Afrika.
English: KENYA, Masai Mara: In a photograph taken by Make It Kenya 29 September 2015, Andre Van Kets, Co-founder of www.discoverafrica.com/herdtracker films a live stream on the Twitter app periscope via a smartphone, of a group of lions known as the Marsh Pride, made famous by wildlife film-makers Jonathan and Angela Scott in the BBC natural history serialisation Big Cat Diary, in Kenya's Masai Mara National Reserve. During the months of July through to October, one of nature's greatest events takes place in the Mara when hundreds of thousands of wildebeest, zebra and other ungulates migrate northwards from Tanzania's Serengeti in search of fresh pasture and grazing, before turning and heading south again in a journey that covers thousands of kilometres and is known as one of the seven natural wonders of the world, making it a major draw for wildlife enthusiasts and tourists from around the globe. The Public Domain Mark (PDM) is not a copyright license, but a symbol used to indicate that a work is in the public domain. When it is applied by the author or the copyright holder, community consensus has decided such works as being public domain in the US and countries where it is legally possible to release own work to the public domain. In the countries where this is not possible, the copyright status of the work remains undetermined.
If a file is tagged with Public Domain Mark by someone other than the author or the copyright holder, a more specific copyright tag such as one found at Commons:Copyright tags/General public domain must be applied. If this is your own work, please use {{Cc-zero}} instead.
