Description Oregon Senator James Manning speaks to a gathering of Oregon Army National Guard Soldiers and their family members during a demobilization ceremony, March 4, in Salem, Oregon, to welcome home Soldiers with Company G, 1st Battalion, 189th Aviation Regiment. Approximately 70 Soldiers in the unit returned from a Middle East deployment, where they provided aeromedical support using HH-60M Black Hawk helicopters.
