Summary

Description
English: Moat of former Little Saxham Hall The moats of this old hall, demolished in 1793, form a complex pattern. There are two three-sided moats, linked by a fish pond. It is suggested that one of the moats surrounded an even earlier manor house, which had disappeared before the building of Little Saxham Hall commenced in 1505.
