English: The up-scale Mohandeseen neighborhood in Cairo during the Friday of Anger of the Egyptian Revolution of 2011, January 28, now looking like a war-zone. On the left is the 15th May Bridge, occupied by security forces. Peaceful demonstrations in the morning had turned by nighttime to a violent exchange between the police and the protesters on either side of the bridge, involving stone-throwing, Molotov cocktails, rubber bullets and tear gas grenades. Protesters also set fire to tires and other objects under the bridge to harass the security forces.
