Summary

Description
English: Stable on the grounds of "The Monastery"" in Philadelphia. The stables are modern, but the house, maybe 100 ft away, was built in 1747 and is on the NRHP. In Fairmount Park, near Wikahission Creek, at the end of Kitchen's Lane. The connection with any monks is perhaps only legendary.
