Summary

Description

Use social Media tools to build your network, build confidence & trust, inform & orient your audience. Guidelines: • three volunteers blindfolded • Drop a line with tape and put a plastic cup • The volunteer needs to reach the line and find the cup • Make the volunteer turn few times and change his/her direction o Volunteer one: Don’t give any directions everyone will keep quiet, o Volunteer Two: is given some directions by the other participants, o Volunteer three: participants are not only giving directions but also putting the volunteer in the right direction The purpose of this exercise is to explain to our participants that using social media tools will help them orient their audience. Using tools is like giving directions to your audience to be informed and gain their trust and these elements are crucial to build your network. The cup & line tape = the NGOs work/activities
