I'm guessing this from the medieval set of Intolerance, and D.W. Griffith is at the center of the picture. There's a strong resemblance to confirmed, contemporary pictures of Griffith.
To me, the "Gish" at the left looks more like Dorothy and Lillian, despite Dorothy not being credited in the film. There is other evidence of Dorothy Gish being on set during production of Intolerance.
