Description I've been curious about macarons (the meringue-like pastries from France, not the chewy, coconut confections we eat here in the States) for some time, but never actually tried one until today. The one pictured here, which came from the Honore Artisan Bakery just a few blocks from our house, was lavender with a chocolate filling and was wonderful! I'll definitely be going back for more :)
