English: Mythe Bridge Mythe Bridge was opened in 1826 to a design by engineer, Thomas Telford. The bridge which spans the River Severn near Tewkesbury is still in use today albeit with a weight restriction of 17 tonnes. At the time of the picture the river is running high after recent rain.
