Description
Français : Bâtiment militaire construit en 1692-1693 sur les ordres de Vauban, commissaire général des fortifications sous Louis XIV. Construit en moellons de pierre calcaire, le vaisseau de 100 mètres de long abrite une solide charpente de chêne. Démilitarisé après la Seconde Guerre mondiale, il a été réaménagé entre 1977 et 1982 sous l'égide de l'architecte R. Bastin afin de devenir le restaurant universitaire des Facultés Notre-Dame de la Paix.
