Fair use rationale[edit]

1. The image will be used for identification and/or critical commentary in the Nancy Lynn article.
2. The use is purely for non-profit reasons, and to educate users on the deceased person in question.
3. It is a low resolution and/or poor quality version of the original image, making it unusable for commercial reproduction.
4. Its use does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell or market related products in any way.
5. The image is freely available online, used in multiple news stories, and included within Nancy Lynn's website. Its appearance on Wikipedia does not make it more freely available.
6. As an image of a deceased person, there is no known free alternative available and it would be unreasonable to expect such an image to become available. Efforts have been made to contact the deceased's company and family to obtain a free alternative, but no response has been received to date. If a free alternative is found, this image should be nominated for deletion as obsolete.
