Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8) | This photograph shows the appearance of the National Reunification Prize. |
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1) |
The National Reunification Prize is bestowed in highly limited numbers to selected individuals in recognition for meritorious activities or martyrdom. Furthermore almost all the awards are presented to citizens and residents of North Korea. It is thus highly unlikely that a free photograph exists or will exist in the foreseeable future. |
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3) | The image is at the same relatively low resolution provided by the KCNA. The image depicts nothing but the award, and is the only image used to show the appearance of the award in the National Reunification Prize article. |
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2) |
Use on Wikipedia complements rather than competes with the use of the KCNA, which intended the image to be widely disseminated as part of a news article on the award. |
