English: Old railway bridges, Leicester. A pair of old railway bridges across the River Soar in Leicester. The bridge further away from the camera, at a slightly higher level than the one in front, carried the main line of the Great Central Railway southwards out of Leicester, heading towards Rugby, Aylesbury and London's Marylebone terminus. The slightly lower bridge, closer to the camera, carried trains into and out of a goods yard.
