Summary

Description
English: Commemorative sign honoring two ancient native Lebanese olive trees — in Bechealeh, northern Lebanon.
  • Claimed to be 6,000 to 7,000 years old, which if it could be verified, would make them the oldest trees in the world.
  • Sign given to the village by the Ministry of Tourism after the trees' possible age was publicized in 1999.
