Summary
| Description |
English: The first of several luxury apartments being developed by Cordish & Co. , it was completed in 2015 and they quickly followed up with construction of the nearby Two Light apartments as well. Ultimately, 4 buildings are planned to be constructed in the Power and Light District. Upon it's opening, leasing was already 80% filled; the boom in construction is attributed to the successes of Kansas City's effort to restore downtown and attract residents and consumers to the area. |
