Description

"Out of control" , by Erik Pevernagie, oil on canvas,100 x 80 cm

Some incidents can make us angry. Anger may accompany us along a road we have not always chosen freely to walk. Outrage can be the emanation of our resentment or an outcry against guilty indifference. However, no matter how harrowing it may be, rage must not take control of our mindset, steer the wheel of our actions, and blind our vision.

Sometimes we may wonder what we have gotten ourselves into. Unfamiliar or unexpected incidents throw us off balance. Although we have always been stable like rocks in the surf, we feel trapped by our vulnerability. The router of our personality has broken down and no longer emits or receives any signals. We have no interaction with the world. We realize, at that moment, that we are interdependent beings, and our individuality only exists through a cluster of interactions.

Tensions and muddles might be irritating, but they can allow us to explore the deeper levels of our inner selves. We can refurbish the casting of our emotions, reset the pieces of our mental pattern, and retune the vagaries of our habits, gaining the freedom to write a new script of our life story and a free pass for our destiny.

When people's behavior gets out of control, they may start making odd gestures, and their language utters screeching noises. Their actions and thoughts are no longer regulated, and their logical thinking explodes like bursting balloons, so their inner world falls chaotically apart. . The source of the disparaging conduct might be identified by going down the history of their 'out of control' state and scrutinizing the facts. As so often, the devil is hidden in the detail.

The nub of the question is what can unchain the explosion in the mind of people. Could it just be a sudden, momentary impulse, or is it the effect of an amassing of frustrations, enduring discontentment or nagging restlessness?

The situation that is out of hand is always awkward for the surrounding world, which can’t escape the scene of emotional terror and is forced to witness the disintegration of the character’s fundamentals.

Attending onlookers that must face embarrassing situations usually have great difficulty in interpreting the verbal and gestural abusive confrontations and are very often at a loss as they don’t know how to react properly.
