The PSHS-WVC Quadrangle is a 46m x 38m patch of open ground overlooked by the PSHS-WVC Water Tower and surrounded by covered walks connecting the Multi-Purpose Cooperative Building (also serves as the Canteen), and the Old Academic and Administration Building. The inner perimeter is lined with sewer canals covered with maroon grills and can be accessed through the concrete maintenance hatches.

The Quadrangle is mainly used for various school activities such as sporting events, ceremonies, and a general hangout area for students.
