Grazie anche al confronto con un altro ritratto, anch'esso presso la Reggia di Caserta (vedi NCTN 1500068842), si è riusciti ad identificare correttamente il personaggio. Si tratta di Margherita Violante (o Jolanda) di Savoia (1635 - 1663), figlia di Vittorio Amedeo I e Cristina di Francia che nel 1660 sposò Ranuccio II Farnese, duca di Parma e Piacenza" |
