English: WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio. Country singer Patty Loveless signs a T-shirt for Lt. Col. David McElveen here July 16. More than 5,000 airmen, civilian employees, retirees and families gathered for a free concert. Ms. Loveless' performance was sponsored by the Spirit of America Tour. Colonel McElveen is assigned to the base's Air Force Research Laboratory.
