Apply oil (baby oil or olive oil) onto the outer labia and between vagina and anus. Use the tip of your thumb to gently massage the inner part of the vagina between 3 and 9 o clock.
Apply more pressure and massage for about a minute.
Insert the whole thumb and stretch the tissue in the directions of the arrows.
Move you thumb outwards, again between 3 and 9 o clock, so that you can feel the tissue stretching without inducing pain.
