Description
Italiano: Museo Gregoriano Etrusco. Pettorale di lamina d'oro, 675-650 a.C. Decorata a sbalzo con fasce in ciascuna delle quali si ripete in serie lo stesso motivo. Un emblema centrale è costituito da cinque fasce: leoni alati, donne con palma, grifi, il motivo del "Signore degli animali" e palmette fenicie. Le fasce concentriche che circondano l'emblema portano vari motivi: leone, donna alata, leone alato, donna tunicata, cervo, ecc. Dalla camera principale, di fondo, della tomba Regolini-Galassi, nella necropoli del Sorbo a Cerveteri.
Français : Large pectoral en or. Époque orientalisante étrusque, 675-650 AEC. Cerveteri (Caere), Sorbo necropolis, tombe étrusque Regolini-Galassi. Époque orientalisante, 675-650 AEC. Musée grégorien étrusque, Vatican. (20553). Il est recouvert de motifs orientaux, depuis ceux qui appartiennent au répertoire « typiquement oriental », comme la femme ailée, jusqu'à ceux qui sont plus spécifiques à la région syro-phénicienne, comme le Maître des animaux, le Griffon et la palmette phénicienne.
