Description
Capt. William Hynes of the intelligence squad, is shown wearing the "death robe" of the Black Legion that was found in a suitcase. Captain Hynes spread a net of 100 officers to round up suspects and crush the black octopus of assassination before it grows over the city. Photo dated: October 15, 1936.
