Memoranda. The new pilot boat Commerce, which arrived last evening from Norfolk, belonging to the New Jersey pilots, reports have passed, a few miles north of Barnegut, a schooner sunk with all sails set, and tops of her masts out of water. The probability is that all on board have perished.
