Plenário do Congresso Nacional durante sessão solene para comemorar o Dia Internacional da Mulher, ocasião em que é entregue o Diploma Mulher-Cidadã Bertha Lutz 2015 para mulheres que tenham oferecido relevante contribuição na defesa dos direitos da mulher e questões do gênero no Brasil. O Conselho do Diploma Mulher-Cidadã Bertha Lutz, composto por 15 membros, escolheu, de forma inédita, seis mulheres para serem agraciadas com o prêmio neste ano. Diante do empate na votação para a escolha das cinco homenageadas, o conselho decidiu abrir uma exceção e contemplar uma candidatura a mais.
