Fair use for Sailor Pluto

This image is being linked here. Though the picture is subject to copyright, I, Lord Opeth, feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- it is a low-resolution screenshot from a television series;
- it does not limit the copyright owners' rights to sell the wider copyrighted work in any way;
- it provides an illustration of this character (Sailor Pluto) in the series, and is to be used solely for this purpose.
