It is not clear whether freedom of panorama applies to this image.
This is a depiction of a building or work of art in Sweden. The depicted work is believed to be protected by copyright. According to Article 24 of the Swedish copyright act, "Works of art may be depicted if they are permanently placed on or at a public place outdoors" and "Buildings may be freely depicted." It has been widely accepted that this provision made distribution of depictions such as this one legal. On 4 April 2016, however, the Supreme Court of Sweden issued a statement that the first paragraph in Article 24 does not extend to publication of works of art in online repositories, and on 6 July 2017, a lower court ruled that linking to depictions of copyrighted works of art hosted by Wikimedia (including on Commons) in a database constitutes copyright infringement. See COM:CRT/Sweden#Freedom of panorama for more information. The second paragraph in the article, about buildings, was not evaluated in the statement or ruling. The implications of these decisions on Commons' ability to continue to distribute this and other depictions like it are currently under analysis. Reusing or linking to this file can have legal consequences, unless the artist has died before 1 Jan 1954, to which either {{PD-Sweden-photo}} or {{PD-old-70}} may apply. Puckelboll sv.
Puckelball eng.
Is the title of an interactive art project from 2002 created by the artist Johan Ferner Ström. The piece is an artistic impression of the phenomenon football and how it resembles the playground of life which is neither equilateral nor level. The ball doesn’t go where you want, the different halves of the filed are not the same for everybody and the goals are definitely not the same size. The football field’s injustices, are negated by the varying skills and strengths of the players. The unevenness on the field of play make the game fair in a remarkable way which invites a more imaginative way to play. The possibility to play, girls and boys, old and young, skilled against unskilled, on equal condition are encouraged. The project belongs to the category of art, spontaneous sport and wants to return to the playful game and question the elitism that exist in sport. J.F. Ström has taken the most popular of popular sport and through simple changes in the playing conditions, created a new idea of a game, or a new kind of football where one does not have to be the best to win, because the elements of serendipity and luck is constantly present in play. The project has also been well received by practitioners of extreme sports. Active football players who have seen the model of the field have suggested the possibility of using the field as a training field for practising unpredictability. The Puckelball field was established 2003 and are design protected since 2004 PRV: 7786, OHIM: 278296
Malmö/Kroksbäck
Art as a meeting place Kroksbäck park built when the housing area was built in the 70s and its foremost landmark are the large mounds which were created by the excavated material from housing construction. When Malmö within the next few years extends further south with the new district Hyllievång, Kroksbäck park will have a more central role as a city park. The construction of the Puckelball pitch is a segment in Malmö city’s ambition to develop new interesting meeting places which encourage being outdoors, playing and spontaneous sport. Different from a regular football pitch Puckelball pitch is a designed experiment which promotes creative usage of the surface. The design appeals to young and old alike. The pitch is built with artificial turf and will tolerate hard usage. It will have illumination, designed by Johan Moritz, so the pitch will be able to be used and experienced even at night. The Puckelball pitch in Kroksbäck park – Sweden’s first – is now inaugurated and open for public use.
