Description
English: Aerial view of the The Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant, or PCAPP, is being built to safely and efficiently destroy a stockpile of chemical weapons currently in storage at the U.S. Army Pueblo Chemical Depot. The pilot plant will utilize neutralization followed by biotreatment as the technology to destroy munitions containing 2,600 tons of mustard agent.
