Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema municipiului Roşiori de Vede, potrivit anexei nr. 14, se compune dintr-un scut despicat, prima parte fiind tăiată printr-un brâu negru, crenelat; în primul cartier, pe câmp roşu, trei spice de grâu, dispuse în evantai, şi doi ştiuleţi de porumb, totul de aur; în cartierul secund, pe fond albastru, un caducel de argint.

În partea stângă, pe fond de argint, un braţ cu mâneca hainei roşie, ieşind din flancul stâng al scutului şi ţinând steagul Ţării Româneşti (o fâşie galbenă şi una albastră prinse de o hampă de argint, cu vârf auriu).

Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint, formată din cinci turnuri crenelate.

Semnificaţia elementelor însumate:

- braţul face aluzie la roşiori, unităţi militare specifice Ţării Româneşti (arme vorbitoare);

- banda evocă vechile castre romane existente, în antichitate, în zonă;

- celelalte elemente amintesc activităţile economice specifice aşezării.
