Description

Large tree of Bignoniaceae family.

Long white 'trumpet' flowers are far up on the tree, and some were on the ground.

See long 'curly' seedpods and pinnately compound leaves. Best match: Stereospermum , or Radermachera probably Stereospermum fimbriatum - 'The snake tree'. Look at the seed capsules - they are really look like a snakes, the bundles of twisted seed pods last on the tree for mounts. Such fruit is called bivalved capsule, and they are dehiscence - means splitting at maturity.

So,more likely it is Radermachera sinica synonym: Stereospermum sinicum Common names: - "China Doll", "Serpent Tree" or "Emerald Tree". Native to Asia Its Dwarf variations "Asian Bell Tree" is popular as indoor plant.. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radermachera_sinica (later: I bought a pot with a nice plant labelled as 'China Doll')
